Introduction
The Know Your Rights Group is a community of passionate, like-minded people who are committed to sharing their wealth of knowledge, gained over many years, to inform and educate people about their rights in all areas of life. We recommend that you work through the various chapters of this e-book in a systematic way, as it has been set out in this format for a reason.
One of the fundamental issues that we currently face in today’s society is that we are all slaves to a much bigger system than most people realise. Slavery was supposedly abolished decades ago, but the sad reality is that it continues today, worse than ever before. If you don’t believe us, please watch the following powerful but simple 12 minute video called The Jones Plantation.
At least those in the deep south, back in the late 1800s, knew that they were slaves, and could fight back and do something about it. However, nowadays, most people falsely believe that they are free, and therefore do nothing to fight for their rights which have been systematically eroded without their knowledge.
The reality is that those who don’t know their rights are slaves to ‘the system’ and, in fact, even many who do know their rights are still slaves because they don’t put that information into practice. There is a misconception that knowledge is power: however, there are many well-educated ineffective people out there. Knowledge put into action is true power! And that is one of the primary goals of this book. Our first aim is to wake people up to the truth that the governments and those who are really in power have been suppressing for many years. For those who are just starting down this path of ‘awakening’, we strongly recommend that you watch the following videos.
- What the FUQ? Frequently Unanswered Questions – This great video from Scott Bartle really helps to expose the truth about the so-called ‘Australian Government’.
- Meet Your Strawman – This is another essential video to watch so you understand the important difference between your ALL CAPS ‘person’ – which is what the government deals with – and you, the flesh and blood human being. There is another great website which goes into a lot more detail about this concept, for those who are interested in digging into all of this a little deeper.
- We also recommend that you watch the Zeitgeist series of movies, which are also a great starting point for people looking to understand the ‘bigger picture’ – just make sure you watch from the bottom up, or from the earliest movie first: they will make a lot more sense that way.
Our main goal here at the Know Your Rights group is to inform and educate the average person on the street about their rights, and how their freedoms and liberties have been stolen from them. We then want to inspire and empower them to take positive action and learn how to exercise and stand up for their new-found rights, to ultimately become masters of this information and then, in turn, help to awaken others.
We suggest that you work your way through the various chapters in order to understand each specific topic in detail, and then follow the available links to go to even more specialised websites which can help take you even further on your journey of ‘awakening’.
Be warned though: once you learn about your rights, you can’t unlearn them and, once you go down the ‘rabbit hole’, you will never come back out the same way again!
